1. Who we are

2. Orders

When you submit an order you receive a confirmation message. That message acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance of the order.

A contract is formed when we confirm the order and prepare it for dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, or delivery details cannot be verified.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full by the same method you paid.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT at 15%.

Tax invoices are issued under VAT registration 311292800700003.

Prices may change at any time. A change never applies to an order already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is by credit card or Mada through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.

The payment itself takes place on the provider's page; your card details are never held on our systems at any point.

An order is confirmed only once payment is confirmed. If it does not complete, the pieces return to stock automatically.

5. Delivery

We ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Timings and fees are set out in the shipping policy.

Stated timings are estimates in working days from order confirmation. They exclude delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, on the conditions set out in the returns policy.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to us, and may not be used commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in describing our pieces and photographing their colour, while noting that colour can vary slightly between screens.

We are not liable for indirect loss. In any event our liability does not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

Nothing here limits rights granted to you by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We will always try to settle a disagreement directly before it reaches that point.
