You may return or exchange any piece within 14 days of delivery, provided it comes back as it left us.
Conditions
The piece is unworn and unwashed, free of scent and marks.
The original tags are still attached as delivered, and it is returned in its packaging.
The request is made within the stated window, quoting your order reference.
What we cannot take back
Pieces whose length was altered or that were cut to your own measurements, because they were made for you alone.
Pieces showing signs of wear or a change in condition.
How to request
Contact us through the channels listed on the terms page, quoting your order reference and the reason.
We will arrange the return with you and confirm receipt of the piece before processing anything.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the piece.
Original shipping is not refunded, unless the return is due to a fault or our error — in which case we cover shipping both ways.
On an exchange, any price difference is either collected or refunded.
Faulty pieces
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the fault. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
